Yes, we encourage all those wishing to use their credit card to do so online. However cash and credit are accepted at the ticket booth when you arrive.
No you do not. Save your paper and your ink. Simply keep the emailed receipt you receive after you buy your ticket on your phone. Then either download the tickets to your phone or show your email to the ticket booth or front of the line when you arrive. Our rep will scan your ticket from your phone and stamp your hand once you are checked in. You're all set!
Yes you can, please just be sure to bring proper identification with you. Purchasing person must be present with valid identification to check party into event.
Typically guest get through the haunted house within 10 minutes.
You are allowed to go as many times as you wish. Please just be sure to get back into the attraction line to go through the haunted house again. We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to see it.
Last guest will be let into the attraction 15 minutes prior to closing. Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing time to ensure you are able to go through the haunted house.
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to ticketed date. If available we will exchange your ticket(s) for another day we are open. Sorry but at this time we are not offering refunds for any reason.
