Do I have to buy my tickets online?

No you do not, however on busy days you'll avoid the ticket booth lines if you purchase online.

Can I use a credit card to buy my tickets?

Yes, we encourage all those wishing to use their credit card to do so online. However cash and credit are accepted at the ticket booth when you arrive.

Do I have to print the tickets I buy online?

No you do not. Save your paper and your ink.  Simply keep the emailed receipt you receive after you buy your ticket on your phone. Then either download the tickets to your phone or show your email to the ticket booth or front of the line when you arrive. Our rep will scan your ticket from your phone and stamp your hand once you are checked in.  You're all set!

I deleted my emailed receipt, can I still get in to the event?

Yes you can, please just be sure to bring proper identification with you. Purchasing person must be present with valid identification to check party into event.

How long does it take to get through the haunted house?

Typically guest get through the haunted house within 10 minutes.

How many times can we go through the haunted house?

You are allowed to go as many times as you wish. Please just be sure to get back into the attraction line to go through the haunted house again. We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to see it.

What time do you stop allowing guest to go through the haunted house?

Last guest will be let into the attraction 15 minutes prior to closing. Please be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing time to ensure you are able to go through the haunted house.

What happens if I buy tickets and can't attend?

Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to ticketed date. If available we will exchange your ticket(s) for another day we are open. Sorry but at this time we are not offering refunds for any reason.
